Several problems needing attention when using mortar spraying machine during construction and application:
During the operation of the mortar spraying machine, pay attention to only a few problems during the operation of the hopper, and then pour out the mortar. Because the coating atomization does not need compressed air, it is called airless spraying. The two-component scraping marking paint is to get the paint on the scraper, and then cover the paint on the pavement through the scraper, but its uniformity is difficult to control. It is usually thick and suitable for the pavement with low surface requirements and large area. Because the piston of the European Naishi cement plaster spraying machine is rigidly connected with the plunger in the coating plunger pump, and the area of the piston is larger than that of the plunger. This pressurizes the inhaled paint. The pressurized coating is delivered to the airless spray gun through the high-pressure hose, and finally the hydraulic pressure is released at the airless nozzle. After instantaneous atomization, it is sprayed onto the surface of the coating to form a coating layer.
Clean the hopper at the end of each day. The pipes, nozzles, nozzles and rotary joints must be thoroughly cleaned for tomorrow's work. In case of long-term work, if the paint outlet is weak, the pressure pump must be replaced. When the operation suddenly does not feed, and the motor is still working, it is proved that the plug hole nozzle should be cleaned and closed immediately, and then continue to work.
If the nozzle is a damaged part (including replacing the pressure pump), the standard nozzle is 4mm, and the atomization of the nozzle is not ideal, replace the nozzle immediately. Put the evenly mixed material into the hopper, and then lock the pipe and nozzle with the nozzle of the main engine. Before the discharge port, the first pump has a discharge pressure of 6kg (matching pump 0.26-0.36m), and then connected to the nozzle. Turn on the power supply, aim the muzzle at the funnel, adjust the air pressure and speed to achieve the best atomization state and stop the air. When the commissioning is accurate, move the nozzle and nozzle to the construction site.
During construction, the pipeline is full of coating, which is not suitable for shutdown for too long. In case of sudden power failure, the pipeline shall be removed and cleaned immediately. If the pipe is full of pressure, it must be covered with cloth before removing the pipe for cleaning to protect your eyes from injury. Clean the automatic mortar spray machine body during work or completion, and avoid spraying water to the electric drill or electric box to avoid damage.
