l. Start the motor start button of mortar spraying machine, let the motor run idle for 5 minutes, press the start button of positive pump, let the pump run idle for 10 minutes, and switch the remote control knob to remote control after stopping.
2. Fill the hopper of the mortar spraying machine, press the positive pump start button to pump 1-2 buckets of water. After the water pump is completed, stop the positive pump and pour in slightly thicker mortar immediately. After mixing evenly, press the positive pump start button to pump 2-3 buckets of mortar, and then put in appropriate concrete to start pumping (it is required to ensure that the slump of concrete is between 14-20cm). Note that when pumping concrete, the concrete in the hopper shall not be lower than the mixing shaft to avoid personal injury caused by concrete splashing from the hopper.
3. During the pumping process of mortar spraying machine, always check that the oil level of cooling water source and oil temperature gauge shall not be higher than 50 ℃. All pressure gauges and voltmeters shall work normally. If the oil temperature is too high, speed up the flow rate of cooling water. When the pointer of pressure gauge of oil suction filter element reaches the red area, remove it and clean it with gasoline. When the pressure gauge of oil return filter element reaches the red area, replace the filter element.
4. During the operation of the automatic mortar sprayer, in case of emergency (such as abnormal motor sound, oil pipe explosion, etc.), do not hesitate to turn off the emergency stop button, and restart it after the fault is eliminated. When restarting, ensure that all switches are in the on position. If it is judged that the fault cannot be solved within 1 hour, the concrete in the hopper, conveying cylinder, s pipe and pump pipe must be cleaned.
5. In case of pipe blockage during work, the pump can be reversed for 1-2 times, and then the positive pump can be started. Repeat this twice, and generally the pipe blockage can be eliminated. If it still cannot be eliminated, the positive pump shall be stopped, and the blocked pump pipe shall be removed and cleaned before pumping concrete.
