All kinds of projects in China's construction industry, especially in general civil buildings, need big wall putty spraying machine to finish the roof. Therefore, the putty spraying machine has been playing an important role in building decoration projects. With the rise of the concept of green building, people pursue the natural and comfortable living environment. The environment-friendly decoration mode with paint as the main part of the interior and exterior slopes has become a new trend in the 21st century, which provides a new development opportunity for the development of interior paint spraying technology. However, the development of mechanical spraying technology is slow, so far it is difficult to promote and popularize in many construction.

At present, the painting works in the construction industry are still mainly manual, with high labor intensity and many operation procedures. Sometimes, scaffolds, springboards and high benches need to be built for painting at higher places, which brings inconvenience to the construction. The production efficiency is low, and manual painting is adopted, with uneven coating thickness, which wastes the paint and is difficult to guarantee the quality of the project.

The existing single (double) nozzle small spray machine or hand-held spray bucket is too simple, with many defects and low utilization rate. To a large extent, it still relies on manual operation, which can not meet the requirements of high-efficiency string, short construction period and low consumption of the current decoration project. In order to solve these problems, we deeply investigated the construction site, improved and innovated the domestic air spraying machine based on the spraying process and technology in the automobile industry, and developed a mortar spraying machine suitable for indoor large-area painting brigade workers. Main structure

Mortar spraying machine is composed of walking mechanism, lifting mechanism, spraying mechanism and electrical system.

The traveling mechanism is composed of guide rail, wheel, main motor, reducer and speed change mechanism, and the motor and lead screw nut mechanism form auxiliary traveling mechanism. The lifting mechanism is divided into two parts: automatic and manual. Those within 3M can be completed by the telescopic cylinder, and those with a net height of 3M can be completed by the manual rack and pinion mechanism (with self-locking function) assisted by the telescopic cylinder. Spraying mechanism mainly includes agitator, bin, paint pump, spray gun and its control system. Compressed air for spray gun and expansion cylinder is supplied by the same air compressor. In order to improve the efficiency and meet the needs of large-area spraying work, a single row spray gun with nozzles is used. The diameter of the single nozzle is 1.2mm, the fog shape is oval, the spray width is 240mm, the spray volume of the coating is 350mm, and the adjacent nozzle center distance is approximately rectangular to the spray gun spray pattern. Single screw pump is selected with matching power of 0.25 kW and weight of 10 kg.

Working principle

The working principle of spraying is the method of coating pressure assisted air spraying. After the paint is loaded into the silo, it is uniformly stirred by the mixer, and then pumped to the spray gun by the paint pump. Driven by the high-speed compressed air flow, it sprays out from the nozzle in the form of mist, and adheres to the wall to form a uniform and fine coating.

Before the formal spraying, the equipment shall be debugged and trial spraying shall be conducted to determine the spraying amount of the coating. At the beginning of spraying, start the walking mechanism, and walk along the wall at a certain speed (divided into high, medium and low gears). With the movement of the putty spraying machine, the spray gun will quickly leave a long strip-shaped spraying working surface with a width of about 1m on the wall. When the putty spraying machine has completed a descending working stroke, it will rise or fall by a width (about 1m, which can be adjusted according to the actual needs) through the lifting mechanism to complete the lap with the previous working face, and then start the reverse walking button to complete the next working stroke, so as to cycle and reverse. When encountering the wall block, it can be completed through the cooperation of auxiliary traveling mechanism.

The key to the structure of the whole machine is the adjustment of the walking speed and the pressure and flow of the paint and air volume. If the walking speed is too fast, the coating will be thin, or even the wall will not be completely covered; if the walking speed is too slow, the coating will be thick, and it is easy to form hang flow. If the pressure and flow of paint and air are not well regulated, it is difficult to get ideal atomization effect, and it is easy to lead to uneven coating, which affects the coating quality most. The walking speed can be divided into three gears. The actual operation shall be determined in combination with the pressure and flow regulation of coating and air volume. The coating conditions with different dry degree are different, and the final one shall be subject to the formation of satisfactory coating.

Advantage

Compared with the existing air spraying machine or hand-held spray hopper, the indoor putty spraying machine has the following advantages.

1) The number of nozzles increased from 2 to 5, which improved the production efficiency, reduced the overlap part, avoided re spraying and saved the coating.

2) The machine is driven by a motor, which can move automatically with adjustable speed. It doesn't need to hold and spray evenly. The thickness of the coating can be controlled by adjusting the pressure and flow of the coating and compressed air, as well as the walking speed, so as to ensure the coating quality.

3) The pneumatic system is used in the lifting mechanism and the putty spraying mechanism, so that the power source can be used reasonably and effectively, and the environmental pollution can be reduced.

4) Separate the air compressor from the putty sprayer to reduce the noise of the whole machine and the operation room.
