The position of the chuck and the connection of the motor are connected through the sleeve and the shaft, so that the position is relatively fixed, and can be adjusted at the same time.

When the spray gun reaches a designated position, the air cylinder starts to act, and it moves parallel with the small motor in the horizontal direction. The cleaning collet and the spray gun head shall be in close contact, and the small motor shall rotate at the same time. In the process of the small motor driving the collet to rotate, the mortar shall fall off from the spray gun head due to the effect of friction. Clean in a short time. At this time, the cylinder moves backward to let the motor with the cleaning collet move backward, leaving the original position, and the motor stops rotating at the same time. At this time, the rotating cylinder starts to move, driving the gun clamped on it back to its original position, and the main engine starts to move. In this way, the whole cleaning process is completed under electrical control. Because this process can be automated, but also can clean the mortar, also reduce the work intensity of personnel operation, this part of the working principle is simple, high reliability.
