The phenomenon of pipe plugging caused by too high pressure during spraying is that the conveying distance is too far and the pressure is too high when the height is too high. The other is that the foreign matter at the nozzle is blocked, which causes the pressure in the mortar pipe to rise, which causes the bleeding at the interface, and causes the phenomenon of pipe plugging. The phenomenon of pipe plugging is usually premonitory. During the spraying process, the flow is obviously reduced, and the working pressure is at the same time Gradually rise, at this time, the staff should stop the machine in time. The early stage of pipe plugging is generally at the discharge port, and the cleaning of the connecting pipe is relatively simple. Each shift shall be forced to inject oil into the mixer with a professional oil pump, and the external power line shall be too thin. Generally, the power line shall be 6 square meters of the national standard within 50 meters, The power line must not be over specified to cause abnormal current and voltage.

 

4、 Air compressor fails to start

 

Solution: the pressure switch is too high, or the switch on the air compressor is not opened, and the air valve switch on the spray gun is not opened. The air needle in the spray gun is blocked. Turn on the air pump before starting each time, and turn off the air pump after shutting down, so as to prevent the cement slurry from flowing back into the air needle and causing blockage.
