8. When the pump pressure is insufficient during the operation of the automatic mortar spray machine, the booster stator bolts can be adjusted or the booster rubber sleeve and booster worm can be replaced.
9. Before spraying with the automatic mortar spray machine, the sprayed area should be penetrated with water; when spraying, the spray head should be as vertical as possible to the sprayed surface (the distance can be adjusted according to the spraying effect). The spraying should be evenly layered and coordinated with the leveling process. If the wall surface is too dry or the spraying time is too long, it will seriously affect the leveling effect, and the process must be changed.
10. The mortar spraying machine should charge the hopper evenly without interruption. When the conveying screw rotates, it is strictly prohibited to stir in the hopper with a stick to prevent injury.
11. Once the spraying pipe of the automatic mortar spray machine is blocked, switch the switch to the manual position, only turn on the compressor, remove the quick connector in front of the pump head, and then plug the spray head downwards, the wind pressure will generate reverse pressure, will The residual slurry of the conveying pipe is blown out, and the normal joint is started after the quick joint is installed.
