1. Press the start button, if the ammeter indicates that the discharge reaches zero, it is a ground short circuit between the starter and the electromagnetic switch coil. 2. If the pointer of the ammeter does not move after pressing the start button, the wire between the power switch and the electromagnetic switch is broken. A screwdriver can be used to connect the coil terminal of the electromagnetic switch coil with the battery live wire
3. If there is suction, there is a disconnection between the terminal and the ignition switch. If there is no electricity after the electromagnetic switch terminal is connected to the battery live wire with a screwdriver, the electromagnetic switch coil is powered off and needs to be dismantled and repaired.
4. If the start button is pressed, the starter rotates well, and there is no abnormal noise of the engagement, but the crankshaft does not turn, it may be that the rear hook of the electromagnetic switch falls off and should be repaired.
5. If the start button is pressed, the electromagnetic switch is closed, but the starter does not turn, mostly due to internal short circuit or conductive copper sheet insulation washer damage.
Repair method
1. If the electromagnetic switch is diagnosed as faulty, it should be disassembled and repaired in time
2. The contact and the contact plate are ablated, and they should be polished and leveled to make the height of the two contacts consistent; clean the contact and remove the oil stain; the welding is firm and the contact is good; the insulation must not be damaged;
3. The relay coil must not be broken or short-circuited. If necessary, replace with a new mortar spraying machine.
4. The breaking state and breaking time of the main contact of the electromagnetic switch are controlled by the movable iron core, which is related to the gap between the movable iron core and the push rod of the contact disk.
5. The gap is too small and the main contact is closed too early.
