1. The spraying amount becomes smaller and the amount is uneven. In normal spraying, the sudden flow becomes smaller and the discharge is uneven. Generally, there are several reasons. The distance of the spraying pipe is too long, which will reduce the flow rate. Generally, it is controlled within 40 meters. The friction between them increases, causing the flow to gradually decrease. The air lever movement in the spray gun causes uneven discharge. Before each spraying, check the center distance between the air lever and the spray gun, and the front-back distance. Abnormal air at the discharge port will also cause poor atomization. You can check whether the air compressor is operating normally. Generally, the air pressure is normal between 0.4-0.6mpa. At the same time, check whether the air pipe is leaking and whether the air rod is blocked.

 

2. Causes and treatment methods of pipe blocking: The pipe blocking phenomenon caused by too high pressure during spraying, the conveying distance is too long during spraying, and the pressure is too high due to too high height. Increased pressure causes water bleeding at the interface, resulting in pipe plugging. This phenomenon is generally a precursor, and the flow rate is significantly reduced during the spraying process, while the working pressure gradually increases. At this time, the staff must Shut down in time. Generally, it is relatively simple to clean up at the discharge port and the takeover at the early stage of plugging. If the pipe is not blocked in time, you can only use water to clean the pipe to eliminate it. Select a suitable hose for flushing down and right.

 

3. The main working motor cannot be started: the mortar conveying distance is too long, which increases the mortar conveying resistance and exceeds the effective load of the motor. Therefore, within the effective spraying distance of the mortar spraying machine, the conveying distance should be shortened as much as possible. Large, use a professional oil pump to lubricate the blender once every shift. The external power cord is too thin. Generally, the power cord should be within 6 meters of the national standard of 6 square meters. The power cord must not be coiled or it will cause abnormal current and voltage.

 

4. The air compressor cannot be started: the pressure switch pressure is too high, or the switch on the air compressor is not turned on, and the air valve switch on the spray gun is not turned on. The air needle in the spray gun is blocked. Turn on the air pump every time you turn it on, and turn off the air pump after you turn it off to prevent the cement slurry from flowing back into the air needle and causing blockage.
