How to Use a Cement Plaster Spraying Machine for Rural Residential Ceilings

Cement plaster spraying machine is suitable for reinforcement, leveling, painting, and pumping. It can be used for ordinary mortar plastering, plastering plaster, thermal insulation mortar, bonding mortar, lime plastering, repairing plastering, face ash, sticking tiles, and filling mortar.

Here’s how to use a cement plaster spraying machine for rural residential ceilings:

1. Preparation and Maintenance:

   • Before starting each shift, press the hand oil pump several times to inject oil into the transmission part of the cement plaster spraying machine.

2. Hose and Sprayer Setup:

   • Connect the delivery hose and spray head, add 5L of clean water to the hopper, start the motor to pump the clean water out, moisten the hopper, pump body, and delivery hose, and stop after pumping out most of the water.

3. Spraying Operation:

   • Add putty or paint into the hopper of the cement plaster spraying machine, start the air compressor, open the air valve, and begin spraying (ensure smooth and even application).

4. Avoid Dry Operation:

   • It is strictly forbidden to run the cement plaster spraying machine idle when there is no material or water in the hopper, as this can cause damage.

5. Cleaning After Use:

   • After finishing work, drain the remaining material, pour enough clean water into the hopper, clean the hopper, and run the pump until clean water flows through the hose and nozzle, avoiding any blockage due to material solidification.
