1. Before starting up each shift, press the manual oil pump to inject oil to the driving part several times.
2. After switching on the power supply, first use the main motor to check whether the rubber screw rotates in the same direction. If not, the phase line of the power supply shall be replaced (this check shall be made every time the power supply is reconnected).
3. Connect the conveying hose and sprinkler head, add 5L of clean water to the hopper, start the motor to pump out the clean water pump to wet the hopper, pump body and conveying hose, and shut down after pumping out most of the water.
4. Add putty or paint to the hopper to start spraying (start the air compressor and open the air valve first).
5. It is strictly prohibited to idle without materials or water in the hopper.
6. After the work, discharge all the surplus material in the hopper, fill enough water into the hopper, clean the hopper, start the pump, and clean the hose and sprinkler head until the pump is full of water, so as to prevent the surplus material from solidifying in the hose and blocking the hose and sprinkler head.
7. If the machine is shut down for too long, wipe it clean, remove the supercharged screw, grease it, keep it properly, and install it again.
8. If pump pressure is insufficient during work, adjust the pressurized stator bolt or replace the pressurized rubber cover and worm.
9. Before spraying, the sprayed area should be permeated with water; When spraying, the nozzle should be perpendicular to the sprayed surface as far as possible (the distance can be adjusted according to the spraying effect) and should be sprayed evenly in layers, and should be coordinated with the finishing process. After the wall is too dry or spray too long will seriously affect the effect of closing, to change the process.
10. Charge materials into the hopper evenly and without interruption. When the conveying screw rotates, it is strictly prohibited to stir with sticks in the hopper to prevent injury.
11. Once the jet conveying pipe is blocked, switch to the manual position and only turn on the compressor. Remove the quick connector in front of the pump head.
12, spray hand operation, should wear a helmet, protective glasses, protective clothing and other protective equipment.
13. The pressurized rubber sleeve and the pressurized screw are vulnerable parts. In order to extend the service life, the pressurized stator bolts are more loose in the first use.
