2. After every day's work, the hopper shall be cleaned, pipes, nozzles, spouts and rotary joints shall be cleaned thoroughly, which is conducive to tomorrow's work;
3. If after a long period of work, found that the paint outlet is no force, it is necessary to replace the pressure pump;
4. If the motor is still working when the feeding is stopped suddenly, the nozzle should be stopped immediately to clean the nozzle, and then continue to work;
5. The nozzle is a consumable part (including pressure change pump) and the standard nozzle is 4mm. If the atomization of the nozzle is not ideal, the nozzle should be replaced immediately;
6. Put the evenly stirred material into the hopper, and then lock the pipe and nozzle with the jet outlet of the main engine;
7. Before spraying, pump the phoenix pump to 6kg pressure (0.26-0.36m for matching phoenix pump) and then connect the nozzle;
8. Power on, point the gun at the hopper, adjust the wind pressure and speed to achieve the best atomization state, stop the machine and keep the wind blowing;
9. When the debugging is accurate, immediately move the nozzle and nozzle to the construction site for work;
10. During the construction process, the pipeline is filled with paint, which is not suitable for long downtime. If power failure occurs, immediately remove the pipeline and clean it;
11. If the tube is filled with pressure, cover it with cloth to protect your eyes from injury before cleaning;
12. Clean the machine body during work or when finished. Do not spray water on electric drill or electric box to avoid damage.
