Press the switch button to turn off the power and the machine stops running.
The safety valve is installed on the machine. When the pressure exceeds the set value, the safety valve will sound and exhaust pressure.
When it is necessary to adjust the working pressure, please remove the pressure switch housing, adjust the rotating screw in the air pressure switch, rotate clockwise to increase the working pressure, and counterclockwise to vice versa. Be sure to turn off the power before operation.
Before turning on the power, make sure that the machine is off, turn on the power, turn on the switch, and it will be officially running.
Do not touch hot parts during operation, such as cylinder heads, exhaust pipes, check valves, etc., to avoid burns.
The cross-sectional area of the power cable should be more than 4 square meters, and the power cord should not be too long.
If the motor does not operate normally or there is an abnormality during operation, please turn off the power immediately to check the cause.
Second, spraying machine
The spraying machine can be used only after it has been assembled and confirmed. Open the lid of the tank and make sure there is no foreign matter in the barrel. (For the first time, add 500ml-1000ml of water to the barrel to lubricate the pipe.) Pour the evenly mixed material into the tank. Add the first time to at least 1/2 of the barrel. .
After the feeding is completed, place the milky white round silicone pad on the material (the paste material is placed on the pad, the liquid material, such as latex paint, etc., without placing the pad), cover the lid and start the air compressor, and go to the barrel. Press inside and press the pressure to the set value (0.6MP-0.8MP for paste material, 0.3MP-0.5MP for liquid material) to start working. When using, open the spray valve first, and then spray the spray valve to spray. When spraying, the nozzle should be about 40-60cm away from the working surface, and move the spray gun evenly. Don't let it go. After the material in the tank is sprayed, close the intake valve on the tank regulator table and open the bleed valve. (Note: no debris can be placed above the vent valve. No part of the human body can be detected above the bleed valve. ). Discharge the gas in the tank, open the lid, take out the silicone mat, and refill according to the feeding process described previously.
Third, the adjustment of the discharge speed and the choice of nozzle
1. Adjustment of discharge speed.
The spraying machine relies on air pressure to press and atomize materials.
Therefore, when the material concentration remains unchanged, the greater the pressure in the barrel, the faster the discharging speed. When the pressure in the barrel remains unchanged, the thinner the material, the faster the discharging speed. So you can change the discharging speed by adjusting the pressure in the barrel and the material density.
2. Selection of nozzles.
When using round nozzles for real stone paint or sand-bearing materials, the bigger the size of round nozzles for sand grains is, the opposite is true. Paste material or liquid material with fan nozzle, putty can be divided into two situations, thick putty can choose circular medium or large nozzle, thinner putty can choose fan medium or large nozzle, latex paint, primer, topcoat with fan-shaped smallest nozzle. Users can also adjust themselves according to their own operating habits. The larger the nozzle type, the faster the spraying speed, the thicker the spraying thickness, and vice versa.
1. The pressure gauge kit on the drum is prohibited from colliding at any time.
2. When the spray gun does not discharge and the material tube becomes soft, the gas in the barrel must be drained immediately to prevent the silicone mat from being broken down.
1. Within 50 meters of the power cord length, it is recommended to use the national standard 4 square meters or more copper wire. 100 meters to the domestic standard is 6 GB square copper wire. It is recommended that the power cord not exceed 100 meters.
4. The gas hose between the air compressor and the sprayer should be 12*8 or above, and the length should be no more than 100 meters.
