3. Connect the hose and nozzle. Add 5 liters of clean water to the hopper, start the motor and pump out the water to wet the hopper, pump body and conveying hose. After pumping most of the water out, you can stop it.

 

4. Add the proportioned mortar (or paint) to the hopper, start the air compressor and the damper, and start spraying.

 

5. After the work is finished, immediately drain the remaining material in the hopper, and inject enough water into the hopper to thoroughly clean the hopper, and then pump it out to clean the hose and nozzle until the pump is full of clean water. Only after the cleaning is over. In order to avoid the condensation of the remaining material in the hopper, hose and nozzle, plugging the hose and the nozzle, affecting the service life of the equipment.

1. It is strictly forbidden to turn on and off in the state of no water or material in the hopper.

 

2. When the downtime is too long, wipe the equipment clean and remove the booster screw. After oiling, keep it in a safe place so that it can be reinstalled when it is used again.

 

3. If the mortar is too thick, or the resistance is too large when the machine is running empty, it is easy to cause the motor load to increase, causing abnormal noise and blockage. At this time, it is necessary to immediately stop the inspection and adjust the mortar consistency in the hopper.

 

4. After working for a long time, if it is found that mortar overflows from the transmission part, or if abnormal sound is found, it should be stopped immediately, replaced with mechanical seal, and maintained and repaired, so as not to cause greater equipment damage.

 

5. When the pumping pressure is insufficient during the work, the booster stator bolt can be adjusted, or the booster rubber sleeve and the booster screw can be replaced.

 

6. Before spraying, spray the wall surface with water to make it wet, so as not to affect the degree of bonding with the mortar. When spraying, the nozzle should be as perpendicular as possible to the surface to be sprayed, and the spraying distance can be adjusted according to the spraying effect; it should be sprayed evenly and evenly in coordination with the leveling process. If the wall is too dry or too long after spraying, it will seriously affect the leveling effect, and the operating procedures and processes should be changed at any time.

 

7. When loading the hopper, it must be uniform and not interrupted. When the conveying screw rotates, it is strictly forbidden to stir in the hopper with a stick to prevent injury and find an accident.

 

8. Once the mortar conveying pipe is blocked, the switch can be switched to the manual position. Only the air compressor is opened, the joint in front of the pump head is removed, and then the spraying is blocked downward, so that the wind pressure generates a reverse pressure, thereby The remaining pulp in the conveying pipe is blown out. After installing the connector, you can start working normally.

 

9. The pressurized hose and the booster screw are wearing parts. In order to prolong the service life, the booster stator bolt should be in a loose state when it is used for the first time; when the pressure is reduced and the flow rate is significantly reduced, the compression bolt is adjusted to make it in normal working condition.
