1. Mortar Spraying Machine Before starting each flight, first press the manual oil pump several times to inject oil into the transmission part.
2. After switching on the power supply, first drive the main motor to check whether the direction of rotation of the rubber helix is consistent. If the direction of rotation is inconsistent, the phase line of the power supply should be changed (this check should be carried out every time the power supply is reconnected).
3. Connect the conveying hose and sprinkler head, add water 5L to the hopper, start the motor and pump the water out to wet the hopper, the pump body and the conveying hose. Pump most of the water out and stop the machine
4. Putty or paint can be added to hopper to start spraying (air compressor should be started and air valve opened first)
5.It is strictly forbidden to idle without material or water in hopper.
6. After work, drain the surplus material in the hopper, and inject enough clean water into the hopper, clean the hopper, start the pump, clean the hose and sprinkler, until all the water is pumped out, so as to avoid the remaining material solidifying in the hose and clogging the hose and sprinkler.
7. If the shutdown time is too long, wipe the machine clean, and unload the booster screw. After oiling, keep it properly and reinstall it when it is in use.
8. When insufficient pump pressure occurs in the work, the booster stator bolt can be adjusted or the booster rubber sleeve and the booster worm can be replaced.
9. Before spraying, the sprayed area should be permeated with water. When spraying, the spray head should be as vertical as possible and the sprayed surface (the distance can be adjusted according to the spraying effect) should be uniformly sprayed layer by layer, and coordinated with the leveling process. If the wall is too dry or sprayed for too long, the leveling effect will be seriously affected, so the process should be changed.
10. The hopper should be uniformly loaded and not interrupted. When the conveying spiral rotates, it is strictly forbidden to mix with sticks in the hopper in order to prevent injuries.
11. Once the nozzle is blocked, switch to manual position, only open the compressor, unload the fast-speed joint in front of the pump head, then plug the nozzle downward, the wind pressure produces reverse pressure, and blow out the residual slurry of the conveyor pipe. When the fast-speed joint is installed, the normal work begins.
12. Safety helmet, protective glasses, protective clothing and other protective articles should be worn when the sprayer operates.
